it's the Army All-American game for the best high school kids, and then every Notre Dame commit who wants to try

it's awful nice of Tom Lemming to let kids who have committed to other schools play in his game

Actually, give the kid a break. Looked like all the o-linemen were having trouble. Pass protection is the hardest skill for an o-lineman to master. Its not natural in the fact that the o-lineman cannot be agressive or they will get beat. Golic's problem is he is not getting back from the snap of the ball thus not getting initial separation, so he is getting beat on a move off of the ball. Second, he is getting overextended on contact with his head over his toes. Third he is not getting a good bench press, maybe he is not strong enough right now, that can be fixed. Looks like a technique problem which can be fixed. I would question his position coach in high school instead of his talent. Maybe his team didn't throw the ball much, he looked like he was in a drill he didn't do much in high school. He looked like a typical o-lineman coming out of high school.

Forston made Golic look like he could have blocked for Clausen & Co. this past year. If Golic's gonna have to go against elite DT's like Forston, Notre Dame fans had better be ready to see Clausen/Crist on their back an awful lot.

I didn't hardly see a single one of the O-Lineman doing much in that clip. Golic definitely looked bad, but show me one that looked good!
